2D LiDAR Single for Go1 Edu
The 2D LiDAR Single is an upgrade sensor designed for the Go1 Edu, AlienGo, and B1 robotic platforms. After installation, the robot gains four key perception capabilities: map building, self-positioning, navigation planning, and dynamic obstacle avoidance, helping improve autonomous movement in indoor environments.
To ensure reliable installation, Unitree installs the LiDAR sensor together with a dedicated protective bracket. The protective mounting structure helps secure the sensor during robot operation while providing a clean and integrated installation.
The sensor continuously scans the surrounding environment to provide real-time spatial information for robot navigation. Combined with mapping and localization functions, it helps the robot understand its surroundings, plan movement paths, and react to obstacles encountered during operation.
