8. Online Orders

By placing an order, you agree to comply with DGCA guidelines regarding drone ownership, usage, registration, and safety. Non-compliance may result in legal penalties.

8.2 ID Proof Submission
To ensure legal compliance, you must submit valid Government of India-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID). This is used solely for verification and regulatory purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dronevex Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
