Shipping Charges:

  • Orders below β‚Ή999 will incur a flat shipping fee of β‚Ή49.

Delivery Partners:

  • We use trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC for reliable nationwide coverage.

Order Tracking:

  • A real-time tracking link will be sent to your email and/or SMS as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

We stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide complete satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items are eligible for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used drones, batteries, and robotic parts.

  • Software licenses and digital downloads.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or modification.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@dronevex.in with your order ID, issue description, and product images.

  2. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund (as per eligibility) within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • In other cases, return shipping will be borne by the customer.
