Q2: Are Dronevex products legal to use in India?
A: Yes, all our drones and accessories comply with Indian regulations. However, commercial drone use may require DGCA approval depending on the application.


🚚 Orders & Shipping

Q3: How long does shipping take?
A: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Q4: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be added in the future.

Q5: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track orders via your account on Dronevex.in.


💳 Payments

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Razorpay. EMI options are available on select products.

Q7: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: No, due to the high-value nature of our products, COD is not available.


🔁 Returns & Warranty

Q8: What is your return policy?
A: Products can be returned within 7 days if damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. See our Returns & Warranty Policy for full details.

Q9: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all Dronevex products come with a 6 to 12-month warranty depending on the item. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Q10: Are your drones beginner-friendly?
A: Yes! We offer both beginner-friendly and enterprise-level drones. Look for features like “Auto Takeoff,” “Return to Home,” and “Obstacle Avoidance” on the product page.

Q11: Can I get help with setup or training?
A: Yes, we offer installation support, user guides, and video tutorials. Enterprise buyers can also request on-site demo/training (T&C apply).

Q12: Do you sell spare parts and accessories?
A: Absolutely! We stock a wide range of batteries, propellers, camera modules, GPS units, and more in our Accessories section.
